MPC Middle Managers composed of the Deans, Program Chairs and the Program Coordinators attended the Leadership and Management Training with the theme: Leading Future-Ready MPC Towards Sustainable Quality Management and Education last October 17-18, 2024 at RR Resort, Calamba, Laguna.

The 2-day training spearheaded by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, started with the inspirational message of the College President, Dr. Rene M. Colocar, followed by the presentation of Stepback Leadership for Educational Leaders by the esteemed guest speaker, PAFR Sgt. Lloyd A. Luna. He emphasized that Stepback Leadership is a philosophy of putting the people at the center of the leadership.
