Please be advised that the enrollment process for old students (2nd Year to 4th Year) will now be conducted online.

• Second-year students who were unable to submit their pre-registration forms due to the cancellation of classes yesterday may complete the online enrollment form.

• Third-year and fourth-year students are likewise advised to process their enrollment through the online enrollment form.

Online Enrollment Process

Step 1:

Access the online enrollment form and complete all the required Personal Information.

Step 2:

Provide the required Academic Information and select the service you wish to request. Ensure that you enter your correct Student ID Number and a valid, active email address, as this will be used to send your grade slip, registration form claiming instructions, pre-advising notices (if applicable), and other official enrollment updates.

Step 3:

Complete the required Contact Information.

Step 4:

Review your information, then click Submit. Upon successful submission, you will be redirected to the Official Marikina Polytechnic College Facebook Page, confirming that your response has been received.

Step 5:

Wait for an email containing your grade slip and further enrollment instructions.

Important Reminder

• All students will receive their grade slip via the email address they provided.

• Students with complete grades will receive instructions for claiming their Registration Form.

• Students with grade-related concerns will undergo pre-advising before the issuance of their Registration Form.
