UGNAYAN Employee Community Forum
Marikina Polytechnic College conducted its regular Employee Community Forum, dubbed as Ugnayan, earlier today. The forum was attended by teaching personnel and was presided over by College President, Dr. Rene M. Colocar. The President gave updates on ongoing college programs and projects, and shared the plan of opening specialized and executive programs for faculty members.
The forum provided a platform for employees to engage in dialogue with college leaders on various issues affecting the college, such as human resources, benefits, information technology, safety and security facilities, and auxiliary services. Attendees were given ample opportunities to ask questions and provide comments throughout the event.
The Employee Community Forum is a crucial part of the college’s efforts to promote communication and collaboration among its employees and ensure they remain informed of the latest college initiatives. The Ugnayan event was a success, and employees are already anticipating the next one.
Marikina Polytechnic College is committed to providing the best possible education and opportunities to its students and employees. Stay tuned for further updates on the college’s future programs and projects.
