Please be informed that the students who were not be able to enroll during this 1st semester, A.Y. 2021-2022 due to the non-submission or not properly filled out Google Form are given a chance to a one day (1) special accommodation for face to face enrolment on NOVEMBER 9, 2021 ONLY as schedule shown below.
