PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING ENROLMENT PROCEDURE AND REMINDERS DURING ENROLMENT (2nd Semester SY 2021-2022)
-January 11 to 14, 2022
1. Get your Pre-Registration Form to the Guard on Duty upon presentation of a screenshot of your Name and scheduled enrolment posted at MPC Official FB Page.
2. Fill out the Pre-Registration Form correctly.
3. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office window for assessment.
4. Pay the matriculation fees reflected to the assessment form at the Cashier’s Office.
5. Registration/Enrolment Form will be claimed at the Registrar’s Office by presenting the receipt of payment issued by the Cashier’s Office.
-STRICTLY follow the given schedule.
-Bring your OWN ballpen.
-OBSERVE/MAINTAIN Social Distancing during enrolment.
-NO Enrolment for INCOMPLETE Requirements for NEW STUDENTS.
