Exciting Announcement! Join us as we celebrate the Launching of the Center for Marikina Valley Studies, taking place on June 26, 2023, at Marikina Polytechnic College! 
Distinguished speakers will grace the occasion and share their expertise and insights on the rich history and cultural heritage of the Marikina Valley. We are honored to have the following esteemed individuals join us:
Mr. Ryan B. Palad, GSIS Museum Director and KABANSA President. Dr. Emmanuel F. Calairo, Chairman of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines. Dr. Jaime B. Veneracion, Chairperson of the CHED Technical Panel for History.
Our very own Associate Professor Aurora Tirad-Olegario will also be launching her book during the event! The Center for Marikina Valley Studies aims to become a hub of research, education, and preservation of the Marikina Valley’s cultural heritage. It will serve as a platform for scholars, students, and enthusiasts to explore and engage with the rich history, arts, and traditions of the region.
