Teacher Stella has been instrumental in our institution’s modernization. She is the proponent of several infrastructure projects for MPC and its once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform and become one the first few Smart Campuses in the country. These projects would surely propel the College to greater heights we all dream and hope it would reach.
