1. Online and Onsite qualified student applicants will ENROLL PERSONALLY at the MPC Registrars Office.
2. For Online qualified applicants be sure your name is included in the List of Qualified Students that are posted in the MPC Website. For onsite applicants, submit your enrollment slip to the Registrar.
3. Use your full name in the email address that is to be submitted during enrollment for easy recognition and recording.
4. All documents to be submitted should be original copies.
5. Qualified students who are still to graduate from Senior High may apply temporarily pending the submission of original documents.
6. Enrollment is ” First Come, First Served”
7. Enrollment is from March 7, 2022 to July 22, 2022.
