BTVTED – INSIDE TEACHER EDUCATION BUILDING (TE BLDG) 1ST FLOOR
BIT – TECHNO PARK BLDG
COT AND STUDENTS WITH EMAIL FROM CHED – TECHNO PARK
BS ENTREP – TECHNO PARK
BS ECE – TECHNO PARK
UNCLAIMED TICKET FOR ALL COURSES – INSIDE TEACHER EDUCATION (TE BLDG) 2ND FLOOR
For claiming your ticket please provide the following:
– Any Valid ID or Registration form (Second Sem or First Sem)
– Vaccination Card
– Screenshot of email from CHED ( para sa mga hindi nagsagot ng form pero may pangalan sa representative)
• Practice Physical Distancing at least 1 meter
• Wear a Face mask and bring alcohol/hand sanitizer
• Bring your own ballpen
• PROPER ATTIRE strictly no wearing of crop tops, shorts, spaghetti straps, and ripped jeans
1st and 2nd year – WHITE SHIRT & PANTS
3rd and 4th year – P.E. UNIFORM (if wala or hindi na kasiya ang P.E., ang susuotin niyo po ay same sa 1st and 2nd year)
