Vision

The Marikina Polytechnic College shall be the national center for higher professional teacher and technical education and training and the center of development for shoe and leathercraft and other allied industries by 2020.

Mission

The College is committed to provide quality and relevant education and training for prospective administrators, teachers, trainors and technopreneurs and to produce quality researches for the development of shoe and leathercraft and other allied industries.

Goals

Enhance the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of educators and school administrators.

Produce educators who shall take the lead role in enhancing the quality, responsiveness and relevance of education to the development needs of the educational system

Produce highly skilled and globally competitive technicians, technologists, technopreneurs and technical researchers for industrial growth and development.

Equip the learners with the necessary knowledge, skills and work values in their field of specialization which are needed in institutional and industry exposure.
